Itinerary

Day 1, Sat.
Board your overnight transatlantic flight.

Day 2, Sun.
Arrival in Rome, Italy. The day is free to rest or start exploring the Italian capital.

Day 3, Mon. Rome.
Sightseeing starts with a visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel (arranged next morning if closed today), world famous for Michelangelo’s ceiling paintings and The Last Judgement. Continue to monumental St. Peter’s Square and Basilica. Cross the Tiber and visit the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Then there is plenty of time for independent activities and exciting optional excursion possibilities. (BB)

Days 4 to 7, Tue. to Fri.
At Leisure in Rome. Four more days to savor la dolce vita and discover Rome’s hidden treasures at your own pace. Perhaps, join optional excursions to Pompeii, to the excavations of Rome’s antique harbor Ostia or to Frascati. Be sure to try out local specialties at Rome’s famous restaurants. (BB daily)

Day 8, Sat. DEPART ROME.
